All feedback, comments, requests for technical support, and other communications should be directed to our support team.

In no event shall ThinkingERP or its suppliers be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of data or profit

• Business interruption

• Personal injury or property damage

This applies even if ThinkingERP or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages.

Payment for services must be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon.

All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for all applicable taxes.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our refund policy.

Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

You must be 18 years or older to use this service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
